Our Delahey dojang is located inside the Delahey Community Centre and is known for its warm, supportive atmosphere. This branch is ideal for children, teens and adults who want a structured learning environment with a strong focus on building confidence, discipline and practical skills.
Training at Delahey combines clear instruction with a patient and encouraging teaching style. Students progress through the ITF curriculum at a steady pace while learning focus, respect and practical self defence. Class Types Offered
Delahey offers classes that support children, teens and adults through structured ITF training. Each session helps students build strong fundamentals, resilience and confidence through positive effort and clear guidance.
A structured class designed for students of all ages and experience levels. Training includes patterns, fundamental movements, sparring drills, fitness and practical self defence. The focus is on safe progressions, confidence building and strong foundational skills.
